Who we are
PNPL Media is the trade name of Ohana Media Group LLC. This policy covers the pnpl.media website and the private tools PNPL Media runs for its own work, including the Google-connected tool named Chris VPS Drive. Questions go to chris@pnpl.media.
The website
pnpl.media has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies.
- The pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's font servers, which see your IP address and browser type.
- Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.
- The games at /vortex and /infinity save your progress in your own browser's local storage. That data stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Chris VPS Drive and Google user data
Chris VPS Drive is a private tool used only by the owner of PNPL Media, Chris Dayton, with his own Google account. It is not offered to the public, and no one else can sign in to it.
- What it accesses: with his permission, files in his own Google Drive.
- Why: to keep backup copies of his business files in his own Drive, on a schedule, without his computer having to be on.
- Where the access lives: the key Google issues is stored only on his private server, where only those backup routines can read it.
- What never happens: Google user data is never sold, never shared with anyone, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your choices
Access can be removed at any time from your Google Account, under Third-party connections. Removing it stops all access immediately.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
